“hard-core uninsured”- Is this the GOP’s new coded phrase to describe the poor? Why are the Poor uninsured? Why are they disproportionately unemployed, and nearly completely unrepresented in our government system? BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO MONEY! It’s not that complicated, really.
